,26th March 20017.   Nominations have opened for the Asian Catering Federation’s ‘Asian & Oriental Chef of the Year’ for 2017.   During the judging process shortlisted chefs will be assess for their creativity, innovation technical skills and cooking, with additional points being awarded for nutrition and provenance of the food, plus hygiene ratings.
