More than a fifth of UK restaurants and cafes have cut their hours since
the summer, in a bid to cut energy costs, according to new analysis by
the Office of National Statistics (ONS). The analysis showed food and
drink service firms were more likely than any other sector, in order to
to deal with soaring energy bills.
