Owner-chef Dev Biswal, has rebranded his Kent Ambrette restaurant in
Canterbury as ‘Cook’s Tale’. Employing “hyper local” ingredients the
fine dining anlo-Indian concept pays homage to Geoffrey Chaucer’s
C14th ‘Canterbury Tales’ anthology – Biswal has also launched a gastro
travel arm taking parties initially to Croatia and India.
