Rosa’s Thai Cafe has acquired two new London sites. The Gavin Adair-led company is to launch in the former Bella Italia site in Baker Street, W1 later in the year. The 24-strong group launched its latest site in Greenwich, south east London, for takeaways and delivery. The company, founded by Alex and Saiphin Moore in 2008, also operates a number delivery kitchen sites. The business plans to open up to six new restaurants this year and continue add to its delivery kitchen estate.
