Family-run Bombay 8 Indian restaurant in Warrington is expanding its operation by opening Bombay Quay in Northwich.
The new 130-cover restaurant overlooks the River Weaver and offers traditional curry options alongside a number of unique dishes. Jango Alam, who is heading the new venture after working at Bombay 8, said: “The food is modern. I don’t think any other restaurant in Northwich has got this type of food. We found the perfect location, we’ve got the perfect food.”
Bombay Quay’s luanch preceeds the impending opening of Barons Quay, the £80m leisure and retail complex in Northwich town centre that will be anchored by a five-screen Odeon cinema and house six restaurants.
