World of Zing cocktails at Rosa’s Thai

World of Zing has devised a new Thai-Inspired cocktail menu for is Rosa’s Thai restaurant group.

Five cocktails, including a Coconut Island Daiquiri and a Lychee Ginger Spritz, have been crafted by Channel 4 Sunday Brunch mixologits Pritesh Mody using consumer research by food and drink specialists. The World of Zing cocktails are now being served att 26 UK restaurants nationwide.

Founder of World of Zing, Pritesh Mody comments,said: “I am delighted to collaborate with Rosa’s Thai. The partnership is a perfect fit for World of Zing, with both brands prioritising quality and authentic taste delivered with a modern twist.”

Working closely with ‘World of Zing’ we’ve created bespoke pre-batched cocktail base recipes, which we then mix-up with fresh ingredients behind our bars, allowing our front of house teams to execute orders easily and consistently without any compromise on quality. We think we’ve done a great job in turning customer insights into expertly crafted cocktails, and our teams are really excited to be serving them to our guests from early February”’

The cocktails were meticulously developed using consumer research conducted by drinks expert Joe McCanta and food & beverage specialists 2Forks.

The selection of five alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails which are gluten free and vegan are

Coconut Island Daiquiri (£8.25), Lychee Ginger Spritz (£8.25), Kopiko Espresso Martini, (£8.50),Pineapple Kaffir Sour (£8.50), Boozy Lemongrass & Pandan Iced Tea (£6.95 non alsoholic £3.00).
