Ting Thai Caravan has opened in Glasgow city centre, occupying the former Patisserie Valerie site on West Nile Street.
Ting Thai, which recently launched a third Edinburgh restaurant in Lothian Road, offers, ” Authentic Thai cooking from Ting and Ae Tapparat, who, after many years, cooking in Bangkok’s five-star hotels and restaurants returned to their first love of street food to which head chef Ting has developed his own style.”
