Sushimania Number Nine

27th June 2018

Sushimania is set to open in Cambridge, its ninth site.  Sushimania is opening the branch in Christ’s Lane, replacing the closed Giraffe eatery on the corner by Drummer Street bus station.

The city centre street with many boarded-up shops  is finally set to see new businesses open – a year after being hit by a  spate of closures.

Sushimania opened its first branch in 2011 at Golders Green, London and expanded to a total of four London restaurants.  They also have branches in Nottingham, Brighton, Reading, Oxford.

The chain offers fresh and affordable Japanese cuisine with more than 200 dishes to choose from. Unlike a traditional buffet of pre-made food, Sushimania take customers orders from an easily designed sheet to make the food fresh to order.
