Leicester-based Indian restaurant Santhi is to open a second site, in the Crescent retail and leisure scheme in Hinkley. Owner Surendran Santhi will take over a unit formerly occupied by restaurant Rossini Italiano.
The restaurant is in Block C of The Crescent, the council-owned section of the development that includes Cineworld, Loungers’ Tarro Lounge and Wildwood.
