The home to Mayfair’s Park Chinois dim sum restaurant sold been sold for more than £42m.
The two AA rosette, 242- cover venue on Dover Street, opened by Alan Yau in 2015, hose been acquired by an anonymous Turkish family from GGH Holdings.
The sale of the freehold includes the residential homes on the upper floors.
