To mark the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, the Wellington Lounge at the InterContinental London Park Lane is launching rotating Iftar set menus, available every evening from 6.30pm between 10th March – 11th April.
Menus will rotate with feast featuring dishes ranging from starters of Fattoush chicken salad; and a Trio of cold mezze with classic hummus, stuffed vine leaves and labneh, to mains of Roasted baby chicken tagine with warm couscous, sun-dried apricots and royal mint; and an Arabian-style seafood grill with Scottish salmon, king prawns, haddock fillet in Arabian spices.
Traditional sweet delights will include Arabian rice pudding flavoured with rose water and saffron to Persian almond cake with an aromatic mixture of almond and cardamon and an Exotic fruit platter with British seasonal fruits and berries.
Priced at £56 per person, the Wellington Lounge will be offering its Iftar set menu from 10th March – 11th April every evening from 6.30pm – 10.30pm.
