Ferdinand Montoya’s Filipino supper club, Sarap, has been awarded a 6-month residency at Brixton Village after winning the Brixton Kitchen competition and mentorship programme.
Brixton Kitchen was established to nurture homegrown talent and offer entrepreneurs and novices a chance to see their ideas come to fruition. Both winners will also receive a tailor-made mentorship programme with support from competition judges including James Cochran and Jackson Boxer.
