The owner of Japanese restaurant Blue Sakura, at the Merrion Centre in Leeds, has opened a luxury Chinese restaurant and karaoke venue at the site. About £3m has been invested in Blue Pavilion, on Merrion Street, creating up to 50 jobs.
The restaurant will occupy more than 7,100 square feet of space over the ground and first floor.
Guests at the restaurant, which will include three private dining rooms, will enjoy oriental fine dining alongside live entertainment. In addition, there will be an adjoining first floor karaoke venue, K Kube.
Chiu Tong Huang, director at Blue Pavilion, said: “Our team has worked tirelessly to create a unique dining and entertainment experience that showcases the rich flavours of Chinese cuisine and the joy of karaoke.”
