Nominations have opened for the Asian Catering Federation’s ‘Asian & Oriental Chef of the Year’ for 2017.
During the judging process shortlisted chefs will be assess for their creativity, innovation technical skills and cooking, with additional points being awarded for nutrition and provenance of the food, plus hygiene ratings.
Twenty finalists will be invited to a special ceremony in the Terrace Pavilion at the House of Commons in the Palace of Westminster to receive their awards on 15th May.
