Saiphin Moore, the co-founder of Rosa’s Thai, is to open a new fried chicken concept, Dang’s, in London’s Spitalfields.
The new restaurant, which located beneath Moore’s Slurp Noodles site in Commercial Street, will specialise in Thai fried chicken – or ‘Hat Yai’ chicken after the southern Thai city where it originated.
Earlier this year Moore had opened third site under her fledgling Slurp Noodles concept, on the former Andina site in Commercial Street.
