The healthy Asian food chain, Itsu founded by Julian Metcalfe, is to open in Guildford, Surrey – in the former French Connection site on the town’s High Street, and will start fitting it out soon.
The business recenty openedn Bath, St Albans and Leicester.
More openings are expected this year, with work under way at sites in Bromley and Edinburgh, with a target to open a further 100 UK restaurants by 2026.
