Indico, the Birmingham-based street food concept, is to open a second restaurant, in Birmingham’s Mailbox complex. The restaurant will be located in the shopping centre’s canal-side food and drink area, offering northern Indian chaats, curries and vegetarian dishes.
Restaurateur Faheem Badhur opened in Shirley, near Solihull, three years ago.
