Sushimania has more than 150 dishes on the menu, including seven types of tempura, from sea bass to oysters and kushiyaki, which are grilled skewers of beef, chicken, prawns or vegetables. Fish options include tuna, salmon, prawns, octopus, squid, scallops and eel. Customers can also choose chicken terriyaki, wakame seaweed salad, spicy black cod and a host of noodle dishes, reports the Nottingham Post.
Sushimania has seven restaurants in the south, in London, Brighton, Oxford and Reading.
