JKS Restaurants, the family firm behind Michelin-starred Gymkhana and Trishna, is to open a third Motu Indian Kitchen, this time in London’s Canary Wharf.
The new site follows the first two kitchens which opened in Battersea and Camberwell last year.
It will service homes and offices in the surrounding area with refined versions of Indian takeaway classics for delivery, including Limehouse, Poplar, Millwall and Cubitt Town. The kitchen will be open for both lunch and dinner orders.
Motu launched its first site in October 2016 servicing areas of south west London from its RooBox kitchen base in Battersea. This was followed by the Camberwell kitchen catering to areas of South East London in December last year.
The “Feast Boxes”, that take inspiration from the traditional tiffins used to distribute meals to workers across Indian cities, can serve one or two people starting from £16.
JKS Restaurants is owned by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi.
