Third Tombo

22nd June 2017

Adding to its venues in South Kensington and Soho, Tombo is to open a third Japanese inspired poké and matcha bar, with a 38-cover venue in Windmill Street, in London in July, with ambitions to more than double its existing estate in the next three years.

Behind the design and creation of the new Fitzrovia restaurant offering modern Japanese décor and cuisine are family trio of mother Manami and brothers Louis and Leo Sloley,

Diners can sample an array of poké dishes using quality sashimi grade fish from Atariya Japanese fish suppliers.

Choices include the Classic Poké, which combines Salmon or Tuna with (gluten free) Sesame Soy, Spring Onion, Edamame, Sesame Seeds and Nori. The Soho favourite, Kaisen Poké,  with Ponzu Citrus Soy, Salmon and Tuna, Edamame, Avocado and Nori.  There is also a Tombo’s Vegan Special and Teriyaki Chicken Poké served on a bed of Rice or Courgette Noodles.   Diners can choose the ‘Build Your Own Poké, option, selecting from a variety of bases, mains, toppings and sauces.

Matcha green teas are sourced from a plantation in the foothills of Mount Fuji.
